Job summary

Lloyd’s Register Group in Veracruz, Mexico, is seeking a Billing Administrator – Contract to Invoice to join the Service Delivery Support team. You will set up, process and close in-service contracts and service orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely resolution of pre-billing queries.

The role requires a business or finance degree, solid Excel/ERP experience (SAP), strong attention to detail and stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to meet SLAs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Experience in administration, service delivery, billing, order management or operational support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment with SLAs and KPIs.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in contracts and transactions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across teams.
• Experience processing invoices and credit notes in an ERP, preferably SAP.
• Ability to read contract terms and apply them to billing.
• Intermediate Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups and data checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, amend and maintain In-Service contracts in ByD.
• Process Credit Notes per client contracts and requests.
• Process invoicing per client contracts and country requirements.
• Ensure pre-billing queries are categorized, updated, monitored and resolved promptly.
• Ensure client requirements are maintained accurately.
• Build strong relationships across Commercial, Service Delivery, In-Service Finance, FSD, Product Pricing and Management.
