Versigent is seeking a contract management professional to prepare, review, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies. You will collaborate with Legal and Procurement to ensure full contract compliance and oversee lifecycle management in Icertis, including updates and archiving.

We value strong communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of basic contract law principles, with advanced English proficiency to support global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law or Administration.
• +2 years of experience in contract management or procurement.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Icertis).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of basic contract law principles.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage contract lifecycle in the system (e.g., Icertis), including updates and archiving.
• Track renewal dates and initiate renegotiation or extension processes.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide support on contract interpretation for operational teams.
