Global Payments Inc. is seeking a senior Contracts Manager to own the contract lifecycle, from drafting to approval, ensuring terms reflect negotiated positions and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

You will lead complex negotiations, manage client and vendor relationships, translate complex terms into actionable guidance, and drive improvements in processes and templates to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in contract management, legal operations or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience, with ability to lead teams through complex work.
• Strong contractual and commercial judgment, interpreting terms and managing risk.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the contract lifecycle from drafting to approval, reflecting negotiated terms and regulatory requirements.
• Drive commercial and contractual risk management by interpreting rights and obligations and guiding decisions.
• Lead complex negotiations and manage client and vendor relationships to balance priorities.
