Versigent is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and govern complex supply chain programs with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Program/Project Management and strong English/Spanish fluency, with up to 25% travel. You will drive planning, milestones, and performance across multiple functional areas to achieve program goals.

• Ability to zoom in and out and understand details across functions.
• Summarize progress for senior management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Experience in complex supply chains, tooling suppliers and manufacturing.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Project skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Project Plan aligned with customer and Aptiv requirements.
• Define project milestones, timelines, and project team.
• Lead cross-functional team to understand and communicate customer requirements.
• Manage program plan to meet internal and customer deliverables.
• Implement and manage changes as needed.
• Escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.
• Ensure clear communication within team and with customer.
• Lead team to maintain program profitability above targets.
• Control execution and close gaps with defined tasks and actions.
• Schedule and conduct project reviews.
• Monitor metrics like launch quality, documentation, and finances.
