Versigent is seeking a contract manager to prepare, review, and negotiate contracts that align with corporate policies. You will work with Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and manage lifecycle in Icertis, including renewals and archiving.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in contract management or procurement, strong English skills, and a solid understanding of contract law principles. This role supports growth in a fast‑paced, global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in contract management or procurement.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Icertis).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of basic contract law principles.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Manage contract lifecycle in the system (Icertis), including updates and archiving.
• Track renewal dates and initiate renegotiation or extension processes.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide support on contract interpretation for operational teams.
