You will conduct investigations of supplier relationships, interpret licenses and contracts, coordinate negotiation plans with internal stakeholders, and support vendor negotiations to achieve approved contracts. Strong English and organizing skills are essential.

Formación

• Recent graduate with strong analytical and research skills.
• Experience interpreting software licenses, service agreements, SOWs, quotes and POs.
• Strong organizing skills and ability to plan negotiations with internal stakeholders.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate internal systems to compile records of supplier relationships.
• Interpret licenses, service agreements, SOWs, quotes and POs.
• Extract requirements, timelines and budgets from stakeholders to plan negotiations.
• Lead negotiations with external vendor teams to reach agreed outcomes.
• Present negotiation progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Document progress in daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Organize and document information to increase team efficiency.

Job Description

• Conducting thorough investigations of internal systems and online storage locations to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships, including agreements, amendments, orders, and spending patterns over time.
• Interpreting / analyzing software licenses and service agreements, plus their associated SOWs, quotes, and purchase orders, working without benefit of legal or financial support resources.
• Drawing internal requirements, timelines, and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations, then drumming up consensus for those negotiation plans
• Executing negotiations plans with external vendor teams, leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes
• Presenting on negotiation progress and outcomes to stakeholders, building support for approval and execution of contracts
• Documenting progress into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including end-of-negotiations wrap-up documentation
• Organize, catalog, document information and create processes and structures to increase the team’s overall capability and efficiency over time
