Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market demands.

Responsibilities
