Placements24 is seeking a Specialized Manufacturing Recruitment Consultant to join our client’s team in a hybrid role, based in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. You will source, screen, and place engineers, technicians, and managers for manufacturing companies while managing client relationships and candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in manufacturing recruitment, strong sourcing and interview skills, and proficiency with ATS tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for technical, operational, and management roles in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (office + remote).
• Must reside in or be willing to commute to Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.
