Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Item Master data coordinator to maintain and update the Item Master with all productive Part Numbers at the plant. You will handle updates triggered by PCC changes, project updates, activations via CO, IWB, or ServiceNow tickets, and maintain the Inactive Catalog to track obsolete, reassigned, or discarded parts.

Responsibilities also include 2 Part Number setup and configuration for production line usage, prototype classification, IWB management, NRCO and OSP item creation,

Qualifications

• Item Master Management experience is preferred.
• Experience maintaining part numbers and BOM data is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Item Master Management and continuous updates of productive Part Numbers at Plant.
• Register updates triggered by PCC changes, project updates, CO, IWB, or ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain the Inactive Catalog for obsolete or reassigned parts.
• Configure part numbers for activation on the production line (Make, Phantom, Buy).
• Prototype Classification and Item Workbench (IWB) management.
• NRCO generation, OSP item creation, and material classification tasks.
• BOM and Routing Management; perform system audits for data accuracy.
