Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Item Master data coordinator to maintain and update the Item Master with all productive Part Numbers at the plant. You will handle updates triggered by PCC changes, project updates, activations via CO, IWB, or ServiceNow tickets, and maintain the Inactive Catalog to track obsolete, reassigned, or discarded parts.

Responsibilities also include 2 Part Number setup and configuration for production line usage, prototype classification, IWB management, NRCO and OSP item creation,

• Item Master Management experience is preferred.
• Experience maintaining part numbers and BOM data is beneficial.

• BOM and Routing Management; perform system audits for data accuracy.

3. Register updates triggered by: Change of PCC, project updates, activation of items through CO, IWB, or ServiceNow Ticket.
4. Maintain the Inactive Catalog to record part numbers declared obsolete, reassigned to another plant, or discarded due to changes in project strategy.
5. 2 Part Number Setup & Configuration
   - Ensure all part numbers are correctly configured for activation and use on the production line, including attributes based on PCC type: Make, Phantom, Buy.

7. Item Workbench (IWB) Management
8. NRCO (Non-Revision Change Order) Generation
9. OSP (Outside Processing) Item Creation
10. Material Classification
11. BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
12. Routing Management
13. System Audits
    - Perform periodic audits to verify data accuracy and completeness across: Organization Items, BOMs, Routings, WIP
14. Daily Tasks
15. CCO EBS Alice & CCB MTY participation
16. FAI (First Article Inspection) Support
17. CCB (Change Control Board) Participation
