Vertiv oversees a comprehensive item master and data governance function in our manufacturing environment. The role includes managing the Item Master, part numbers, activations, and related audits to ensure data integrity and production readiness.

The candidate will participate in change control processes, support first article inspections, and collaborate across PCC-driven changes, projects, and external processing items to keep the plant data accurate and current.

Responsabilités

• Item Master Management
• Maintain and continuously update the Item Master with productive Part Numbers at Plant
• Register updates from PCC changes, project updates, activation of items via CO, IWB, or ServiceNow
• Maintain the Inactive Catalog for obsolete or reassigned/ discarded part numbers
• 2 Part Number Setup & Configuration: ensure activation/use on production line (Make, Phantom, Buy)
• Prototype Classification
• Item Workbench (IWB) Management
• NRCO (Non-Revision Change Order) Generation
• OSP (Outside Processing) Item Creation
• Material Classification
• BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
• Routing Management
• System Audits: verify data accuracy across Items, BOMs, Routings, WIP
• Daily Tasks
• CCO EBS Alice & CCB MTY participation
• FAI (First Article Inspection) Support
• CCB (Change Control Board) Participation

Responsibilities

1. Item Master Management
2. Maintain and continuously update the Item Master with all productive Part Numbers at Plant.
3. Register updates triggered by: Change of PCC, project updates, activation of items through CO, IWB, or ServiceNow Ticket.
4. Maintain the Inactive Catalog to record part numbers declared obsolete, reassigned to another plant, or discarded due to changes in project strategy.
5. 2 Part Number Setup & Configuration
   - Ensure all part numbers are correctly configured for activation and use on the production line, including attributes based on PCC type: Make, Phantom, Buy.
6. Prototype Classification
7. Item Workbench (IWB) Management
8. NRCO (Non-Revision Change Order) Generation
9. OSP (Outside Processing) Item Creation
10. Material Classification
11. BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
12. Routing Management
13. System Audits
    - Perform periodic audits to verify data accuracy and completeness across: Organization Items, BOMs, Routings, WIP
14. Daily Tasks
15. CCO EBS Alice & CCB MTY participation
16. FAI (First Article Inspection) Support
17. CCB (Change Control Board) Participation
