Vertiv is seeking a data-driven professional to manage the Item Master and related configuration for production parts at the plant. You will register updates from PCC changes, project updates, and activation triggers via CO, IWB, or ServiceNow tickets, while maintaining the Inactive Catalog for obsolete or reassigned parts.

You will perform part number setup, ensure correct activation on the production line, classify prototypes, manage IWB, NRCO generation, and outside processing items, with

• Item Master Management
• Maintain and continuously update the Item Master with all productive Part Numbers at Plant
• Register updates triggered by: Change of PCC, project updates, activation of items through CO, IWB, or ServiceNow Ticket
• Maintain the Inactive Catalog to record part numbers declared obsolete, reassigned to another plant, or discarded due to changes in project strategy
• Part Number Setup & Configuration
• Ensure all part numbers are correctly configured for activation and use on the production line
• Prototype Classification
• Item Workbench (IWB) Management
• NRCO (Non-Revision Change Order) Generation
• OSP (Outside Processing) Item Creation
• Material Classification
• BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
• Routing Management
• System Audits
• Perform periodic audits to verify data accuracy and completeness across: Organization Items, BOMs, Routings, WIP
• Daily Tasks
• CCO EBS Alice & CCB MTY participation
• FAI (First Article Inspection) Support
• CCB (Change Control Board) Participation
