Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Data Master Coordinator in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico to manage Item Master data, BOMs and routings for production. You will register updates from PCC changes, project updates, and service tickets while maintaining the Inactive Catalog for obsoleted items.

Qualifications

• Experience in master data management or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Item Master Management
• Maintain and update the Item Master with all productive Part Numbers at Plant.
• Register updates triggered by PCC changes, project updates, or ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain the Inactive Catalog for obsolete or reassigned part numbers.
• Configure and activate part numbers for production lines (Make, Phantom, Buy).
• Prototype Classification and Item Workbench (IWB) management.
• NRCO generation and Outside Processing item creation.
• Material classification and BOM management.
• Routing management and system audits for data accuracy.
• Execute daily tasks and participate in Change Control Board activities.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
