Vertiv is seeking an inventory/planning analyst to partner with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, analyze demand, and manage revision changeovers. The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely communications, and collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, MDM, Local Planning/Buying, and Finance to minimize operational impact.

You will work with ERP data, open POs, and revision schedules, ensuring materials are available and cycles run smoothly.

Formación

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to create clear reports.
• Experience with ERP systems and BOM management is required.
• Proven ability to analyze inventory, demand, and open POs.

Responsabilidades

• Determine and define inventory levels of specified items
• Provide clear item coverage and communicate utilization
• Coordinate revision changeover with local Purchasing
• Ensure updates to cross-functional teams and meet SLA
• Maintain item tracking system and data integrity
• Support material availability and prevent disruptions during revision changes
