Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, is seeking a Conference Services Assistant Manager who will lead the team, oversee budgets, and drive revenue through strategic upselling and flawless event execution.

You will coordinate with Sales, Catering, and vendors to maximize space utilization, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver memorable experiences for high-end meetings and events.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required; CMP certification preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in hotel operations.
• Fluent English and Spanish reading, writing, and speaking.
• Excellent selling, interpersonal and client-service skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the Conference Services team daily.
• Oversee budget execution and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare monthly P&L reports with the CD.
• Negotiate with clients using proposals to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales and Catering to optimize function space.
• Ensure accurate banquet checks and post-event billing.
• Maintain strong client relationships through personalized service.
• Coordinate with vendors while maintaining Four Seasons standards.
