Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the bars, ensuring efficient service, consistent quality, and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Support leadership, development, and continuous improvement of the resort’s cocktail and beverage program.
• Ensure all beverage experiences reflect the resort’s luxury position and culinary vision.
• Manage and maintain the wine list and beverage program for quality and profitability.
• Coordinate with Restaurant General Manager and Culinary team on beverage initiatives.
