NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a compensation professional to act as an advisor on compensation topics across a broad employee population in Mexico. You will support base pay, incentive pay and performance management, and participate in surveys to ensure competitive practices.

In this role you will manage relationships with senior leaders and external vendors, present analysis to HR and line management, and ensure compliance with local regulations while aligning programs with global standards.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as an organizational advisor on compensation topics.
• Provides compensation support across many employee groups and locations.
• Leads compensation projects with strategic and global impact.
• Suggests compensation-related administrative improvements.
• Evaluates current programs to identify improvements based on internal needs and market trends.
• Manages relationships with senior leaders and external vendors.
• Presents analysis and reports to HR and line management.
• Ensures compensation design and processes comply with local regulations.
