Metalsa in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Compensation Specialist to support global compensation programs across North and Latin America. You will lead job evaluations, benchmark roles, and administer incentive plans, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.

The role partners with HR and business leaders, maintains salary structures, and provides data-driven guidance for pay decisions while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Analysis.
• Experience in automotive, metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in global or multinational manufacturing organizations.
• Expertise in job evaluation and compensation benchmarking methods.
• Experience with STI/LTI and global mobility compensation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead job evaluation and position classification across global operations.
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses for external competitiveness.
• Administer and calculate STI/LTI programs.
• Develop compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.
• Support global mobility and expatriate compensation programs.
• Partner with HR and leaders to provide data-driven guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain salary structures, compensation data, and reporting tools.
• Ensure practices align with policies, market trends and business objectives.
