Veralto is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, deliver, and administer global compensation programs, driving market benchmarking and strong pay governance. You will partner with Corporate HRBPs and the Total Rewards team in a high-visibility function within a $5.5B global organization, influencing executive and broad-based compensation programs.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics with market benchmarking exposure.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and handling compensation data.

Responsabilidades

Serve as compensation SME for Corporate HRBPs and provide guidance on offers, promotions, equity adjustments, and pay positioning.
Coordinate annual benchmarking by submitting data to external survey vendors and analyze results for competitiveness.
Contribute to global compensation projects through data analysis, modeling, and materials preparation.
Own annual review of pay zone premiums, assess market movement, and recommend updates.
Create and maintain reusable compensation tools, templates, and reference materials.
