Siemens Energy is seeking a Commercial Project Manager for the Wind Power, Onshore North America division. You will manage financial performance across complex onshore wind projects, coordinating forecasts, budgets and profitability analyses.

You’ll lead closing activities, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to leadership. You will partner with project managers, business leaders, and operations, driving risk management and process improvements while upholding high

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project accounting, financial controlling, or financial analysis within energy, construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries.
  • Proven experience managing the financial performance of large and complex projects, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and revenue recognition.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools, including Power BI and Power Query.
  • CPA and/or PMP certification preferred, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and maintain project financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections to support successful project execution and profitability.
  • Perform financial controlling activities, including variance analysis, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
  • Lead project financial closing activities, including accruals, allocations, ledger maintenance, and audit support.
  • Identify financial risks, provide recommendations to mitigate issues, and communicate project financial performance to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and implement enhanced financial reporting standards, tools, and controls to support business objectives.

What You Bring
