Siemens Energy in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Finance Analyst responsible for invoice processes, cost analysis, and cost follow-up. You will support management with accurate information to drive decisions and ensure proper cost allocations and expense controls.

The role requires analytical rigor and collaboration with finance teams. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA in Finance or Accounting, at least 3 years of accounting/finance analysis experience, and strong SAP proficiency.

Formación

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3+ years in accounting and financial analysis.
• SAP experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

• Participate in the forecast process related to sales, costs and profit.
• Cost analysis of the monthly results in detail, with breakdown of components.
• Explain variances budget/forecast vs actual and prepare regular business reports.

A Snapshot of Your Day

The finance analyst is responsible for the invoice process, cost analyst at detail, expenses and cost follow-up, etc. The main activities are related to the cost analysis of the business, to ensure transparency in the cost situation, the main factors that affect the result of the business. Supports to management to decision taking by providing accurate information and analysis. Ensure the correct cost allocations, control of expenses and cost. And support other areas in finance topics.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Participate in the forecast process related to sales, costs and profit.
• Cost analysis of the monthly results in detail, giving transparency of the different components of the cost and the result of the business.
• Give the explanations of the variances budget / forecast and actuals to support the business decisions; provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.
• Cost center controlling, including but not limited to expenses, production orders, internal orders and recovery.
• Participation in regulative calculation: labor rates, Overhead cost, etc.
• Review and analysis of Balance Sheet accounts.

What You Bring

• BS/BA (Finance, Accounting)
• 3+ years of accounting and finance analysis experience.
• 3+ year of SAP experience and knowledge
• Successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
• Must be Bilingual English Spanish
• High analytical skills, teamwork spirit, Effective communication
