Siemens Energy seeks a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of service delivery orders for wind farm operations, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery of engineering reports and technical deliverables. You will coordinate with engineering teams, manage order flow, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the delivery process.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, advanced English, and experience handling multiple technical deliverables in a cross-functional environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or service delivery.
• Advanced English proficiency for global communication.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical deliverables and coordinating with engineering teams.
• Strong organizational and execution-tracking skills.
• Effective stakeholder communication and issue-resolution abilities.
• Preferred: wind energy, power systems, or electrical engineering environments; PMP/IPMA or equivalent certification.

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery execution and efficiency through proactive oversight and process optimization.

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of Service Delivery orders, including engineering reports, electrical models, and technical deliverables supporting wind farm operations. This role does not perform engineering work but is accountable for ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations. The Project Manager will coordinate across engineering teams, manage order flow, and drive execution discipline. The ideal candidate excels at managing high-volume, technically detailed deliverables in a cross-functional environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage a portfolio of service delivery orders, including engineering reports, electrical models, and technical analyses, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery timelines.
• Track and manage multiple concurrent deliverables to ensure deadlines and service levels are met while maintaining visibility over delivery performance, timelines, and quality.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and monitor progress without performing technical work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring effective communication throughout the delivery process.
• Escalate delays, risks, or blockers impacting deliverables and drive resolution to support on-time execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery execution and efficiency through proactive oversight, performance monitoring, and process optimization

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or service delivery.
• Advanced English proficiency is a critical requirement for this role, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical deliverables and coordinating effectively with engineering or technical teams.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and execution-tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and issue-resolution capabilities, including proactive identification and management of delivery challenges.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in wind energy, power systems, or electrical engineering environments; PMP, IPMA, or equivalent certification; experience with engineering reports, modeling, or technical documentation workflows; and familiarity with service delivery or order management systems.
