AIG SEGUROS MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a Collection Supervisor to lead the reporting and analytics for collections, ensuring timely financial information and strong governance.

You will collaborate with Distribution, Finance, and business lines to drive improvements and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes team leadership, development, and delivering insights through Power BI and advanced Excel. English at an intermediate level and CRM experience are valued in a fast-paced insurance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3+ years as Supervisor/Coordinator or similar in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Finance/Accounting and Collections processes.
• Proficient in Power BI, MS Office, advanced Excel (macros).
• Experience with CRM software and data mining is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Generate regular reports and KPI metrics for senior management.
• Lead collections team and develop optimization strategies.
• Manage relationships with internal and external clients.
• Monitor aging, bad debt reserves, and cash flow.
• Improve processes to streamline collections activities.
• Train Producers and Distribution teammates on reporting needs.
