AIG in Mexico City is seeking a Collection Supervisor to lead reporting and analysis for collections, drive KPI-based improvements, and manage a collections team. You will coordinate with Distribution, Finance, and business lines to align operational activities with corporate goals.

Role requires a strong finance/Accounting background in insurance, plus leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills; in-office work is expected with a focus on compliant, efficient processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years as a Supervisor/Coordinator or similar in insurance.
• Strong knowledge in Insurance Finance/Accounting and Collections processes.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and create custom reports.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Proficient in Power BI, MS Office, advanced Excel/macros; Access and Data mining.
• CRM software experience.
• Excellent English (advanced) and client relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare regular reports on key operational metrics and present to senior management.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support strategic decision making and drive improvements.
• Ensure timely financial information delivery to corporate finance center or accounting area.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Finance, and Lines of Business for alignment of activities.
• Lead and review the collections team; manage open accounts and discuss issues with the line business manager.
• Design and deliver KPIs on collections performance and provide updates to Local Collections leader.
• Collaborate to solve complex collection issues and assist related projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all collections activities.
