AIG Mexico is seeking a skilled Collections/Accounts Receivable professional based in Mexico City. The role involves registering payments to policies, processing refunds, and addressing premium payment inquiries from producers and clients.

You will generate local and global reports and support KPIs for the department. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in insurance or related responsibilities, strong English basics, and proficiency with MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
• 1 year+ experience in the insurance industry or related responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle collections: register payments to correct policies via semi-automated or manual methods.
• Prepare refund payment orders and manage the shared mailbox for this purpose.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues with producers, insured and internal clients on premium payments.
