AIG SEGUROS MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. seeks a Claims Operations & Performance Manager to monitor claims operation, provide quantitative feedback, and drive continuous improvement. The role partners with line managers, handles AML controls, and ensures vendors comply with local and international standards.

You will leverage Excel and Power BI to develop analytics, map processes, and deliver insights to management, supporting a robust, compliant claims operation within a large insurance network.

Formación

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Business administration.
• +5 years in Operations, Process, Auditing and/or Quality Control in banking, insurance or financial services.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Exposure to compliance activities (e.g., Solvency II) is a plus.
• Quality control project experience is a plus.
• Exposure to continuous improvement projects and system implementations.
• Process mapping.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI management.

Responsabilidades

• Map operational processes for compliance and risk management.
• Provide preventive assessments, reviews, and analyses to improve operations.
• Act as in-house resource with market insights on compliance topics like AML.
• Support Head of Claims to ensure suppliers meet standards and regulation.
• Manage data entry resources efficiently, balancing human work and automation.
