Intugo México is seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our Hermosillo team. The role focuses on managing delinquent accounts, reviewing payment history, and contacting customers to recover balances while negotiating payment plans.

You will maintain detailed documentation and strive toward recovery goals, with full-time, on-site hours in Hermosillo. This position requires strong Excel skills and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or escalated customer situations professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in financial risk management and account recovery, is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team in Hermosillo.

In this role, you will manage delinquent accounts, review account and payment history, contact customers to recover outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate documentation while working toward recovery goals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult or escalated customer situations professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

What We Offer

• $20,000 MXN gross monthly salary
• Performance bonus: 25% of annual salary, paid quarterly according to the performance scheme
• $1,000 MXN monthly food stamps
• 5 PTO days per anniversary year
