AIG Mexico is seeking a Casualty Head to lead underwriting, marketing, and servicing across casualty products for commercial and personal lines. You will drive broker relationships, monitor renewals and exposure, and pursue cross-sell opportunities with other AIG divisions.

The role requires a strong track record in casualty underwriting (10+ years) and fluent English, with an emphasis on strategic leadership and portfolio management in a dynamic market.

Formación

• Candidate must have excellent analysis and interpersonal skills, as well as strong marketing and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong record in Casualty Underwriting (10+ years of experience).
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing, underwriting, and servicing of all Casualty products (General Liability, Construction Liability, Environmental and CPI).
• Building and maintaining strategic broker relationships.
• Renewal portfolio retention, rate change and exposure change monitoring.
• Develop new business opportunities as well as develop cross-sell opportunities for other AIG divisions.
• P&L and portfolio periodical analyzes.
• Product development and ability to discuss with international product development leader.
• Team building and development.
