A staffing and recruiting company in Mexico is seeking a Cold Calling Team Supervisor to spearhead a new outbound team. In this role, you will build processes, mentor agents, and drive performance in lead generation. Ideal candidates have significant experience in B2B cold calling and a proven record of leadership. Competitive salary package is offered.

Position: Cold Calling Team Supervisor – Staffing Services

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to build and guide our outbound B2B cold-calling team at Remoto Workforce. This role is perfect for someone who not only manages but works side-by-side with their agents—coaching in real-time, joining calls, and ensuring each lead becomes a real opportunity.

You’ll be responsible for setting strategies, creating processes, and helping your team exceed targets in the recruitment and staffing industry.

• Build and lead a new outbound cold-calling team from scratch.
• Join agents on calls to demonstrate techniques and close skills gaps.
• Develop and implement B2B outreach strategies, scripts, and processes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor agents to achieve daily/weekly KPIs.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (calls, conversions, meetings).
• Align team efforts with company growth goals.
• Provide actionable feedback on the spot—not just in performance reviews.
• Proven experience managing or supervising a B2B outbound sales or cold-calling team.
• Background in sales, lead generation, or business development—preferably in recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO.
• Strong leadership with a coach-in-the-field approach.
• Experience building a department or team from scratch (strong plus).

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST

Salary Offers:

Payroll (Nómina): $40,000 – $50,000 MXN gross + law and above-law benefits + medical insurance

Direct (RESICO): $40,000 – $50,000 MXN net + accounting support + medical insurance

Final offer will be based on skills and experience.
