Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join their fully remote team. This pivotal role will shape and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, lead end-to-end recruitment, and mentor junior recruiters from a home office.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in leadership, strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in remote team

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
• Expertise with recruitment tools, ATS, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience managing recruitment in a remote or distributed team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisitionor recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise in using various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment processes in a fully remoteor distributed team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
