A leading home improvement company in Jalisco, Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment efforts. In this full-time, entry-level role, you will make cold sales calls, schedule appointments, and support the team in achieving sales goals. Strong proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Formación

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1 or C2 level).

About Us:

Join our dynamic and growing team at Property Builders, a leading home improvement company based in the United States. We are looking for motivated agents who want to earn more than $4k USD monthly to help us expand our customer base and make a difference in homeowners' lives.

What You Will Do:

• Make cold calls to potential customers to schedule appointments.

• Provide information about our home improvement services and respond to customer inquiries.

• Work as a team to meet sales goals and share success.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: Starting at $4 USD per hour, with the possibility of increases based on performance and retention.

• Uncapped bonuses: Earn $15 USD for each successful appointment, plus an additional $60 USD if you make 4 successful appointments in one day, and up to $350 USD for each closed sale (7k and below = $116 USD, 8-14k = $175 USD, 15k andabove=$350 USD). Earn an extra $1,200 USD for making 3+ sales in a month!

• Other bonuses: Referrals ($100 USD after your friend completes their first month: also uncapped, so you can refer as many people as you want!), punctuality & attendance ($35 USD biweekly), and more! We have different incentives every month.

• Payment: All payments are made biweekly in USD via direct transfer.

• Tax responsibility: This position does not include legal benefits or IMSS, so agents will be responsible for their own taxes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1 or C2 level).

• Previous experience in cold sales (at least 1 year).

• Experience or knowledge in construction/remodeling or selling construction services in the U.S. is a plus, but not required.

• A quiet, private workspace at home.

• Spartan attitude!!! Motivation to be a top performer and enjoy our uncapped commissions!!!

• You must have your own equipment: a computer and a USB noise-canceling headset (preferably Jabra).

• CPU: Intel Core i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+
