AbbVie is seeking a senior clinical research leader to advance our pipeline by building high-performing teams and partnering with investigative sites worldwide. You will drive strategic planning, oversight, and successful delivery of clinical studies while promoting strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

This role focuses on on-time, high-quality trial execution, maintaining regulatory compliance, and guiding teams to meet country and site KPIs.
