IQVIA LLC is seeking an Associate Clinical Lead to join our global clinical delivery team. You will work with project leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, quality delivery, and patient safety across trials.

The role emphasizes recruitment targets, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in health care or science and solid GCP/ICH knowledge are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
• Requires 3 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.
• Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge.
• Understanding of clinical research industry and environments.
• Basic understanding of project finances.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clinical delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol).
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and monitor the project risk mitigation plan and manage clinical risks.
• Ensure clinical quality delivery and monitor quality issues.
• Manage clinical aspects of project finances (EAC) and changes.
• Identify stakeholder landscape and manage internal/ external communications.
• Lead resourcing and talent planning for the clinical team; coordinate trainings.
• Attend site visits as applicable to support delivery.
