IQVIA Biotech partners exclusively with biotech and emerging biopharma companies to support clinical development across all phases and therapeutic areas. The Clinical Lead role involves leading clinical teams, ensuring regulatory-compliant delivery, and partnering with Project Leaders to meet contractual requirements.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate 5+ years in clinical research, strong GCP/ICH knowledge, and proven leadership in budgeting and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Requires 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience.
• Requires knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.
• Requires broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge.
• Understands clinical trial conduct and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage project risk mitigation plans and clinical risks.
• Monitor and manage project finances including EAC and changes against baseline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead clinical teams to achieve milestones.
• Provide guidance and training to clinical team members.
