You will manage resources, budgets, and training, ensuring GCP/ICH compliance and audit readiness across studies, while driving process improvements and strategic execution.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent in health-related fields.
• Monitoring experience: minimum 3 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong planning, organizational skills across therapeutic areas.
• Mentoring and coaching abilities with feedback focus.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Ability to adapt and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing clinical research teams.
