AbbVie Mexico is seeking a senior clinical research leader to build and guide high-performing teams partnering with investigative sites. This role focuses on delivering trials on time and within budget, while driving value for AbbVie’s R&D portfolio.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate study performance and sponsor partnerships across the country.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field; strong knowledge of clinical trial processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex studies.
• Solid understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations.
• Experience mentoring staff and driving performance improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing clinical research teams across sites.
• Partner with investigative sites to ensure timely, within-budget study delivery.
• Plan strategically with stakeholders to drive pipeline value and trial quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and audit readiness.
• Oversee resource management and budget for assigned studies.
