AbbVie is seeking a SMAO Line Manager II to lead a regional team of 15–17 Study Management Associates, guiding them to deliver best-in-class study execution. You will mentor, develop, and enable staff to grow into future leadership roles while managing resources and timelines across studies.

You will ensure adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines and global regulatory requirements, collaborating with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, remote/virtual team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or scientific field required.
• 8+ years clinical research with 6+ years in study operations management.
• Minimum 3 years direct people management.
• Strong communication and leadership in global, remote/virtual teams.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and global regulatory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional team of 15–17 SMAs delivering study execution.
• Provide coaching and development plans for staff.
• Oversee resource planning, demand forecasting, and vacancies.
