Job summary

Quadrant Resource LLC seeks a capable sales support professional to organize materials, respond quickly to internal queries, and track orders for timely delivery. You will assist with presales tickets, onboarding paperwork, and renewal quotes, while driving process improvements across Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and a proactive attitude to support the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience supporting sales teams with up-to-date materials and reports.
Administrative experience in fast-paced sales or operations environments.
Strong written and oral communication; detail-oriented and organized.
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist sales team by organizing high-quality support materials (E-RATE, reports, presentations).
Respond to urgent internal calls and emails when sales reps unavailable.
Track orders to ensure on-time product delivery to customers.
Review presales tickets for resource completion and client quotes.
Escalate urgent issues to Solutions Consultant or Inside Sales as needed.
Collect and process onboarding paperwork and statements of work.
Submit returns/credits for the assigned region and follow to completion.
Support renewal quotes for hardware, software, warranty and contract services.
Suggest process improvements and collaborate with ISRs to foster teamwork.
