Qnity is seeking an Intern to support Customer Service and Pricing activities. You will assist in order processing, pricing requests, and data management while collaborating with a global team.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional processes, SOX controls, and ongoing improvements within CSA, CSR, and Pricing teams. Strong English, Excel skills, and teamwork are essential for success.

Formación

• Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support order processing activities and follow-up with CSR/CSA.
• Assist in consignments management and tracking.
• Create and maintain Open Order Reports (OOR).
• Support pricing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls (SOX).
• Assist with invoice submission in customer portals.
• Help identify discrepancies in orders, pricing, or customer requests.
• Document processes and support updates to SOPs and job aids.
• Maintain and update files and databases (Excel, SharePoint).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within CSA, CSR and Pricing teams.

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive Intern to support Customer Service and Pricing activities. This role will provide operational support in order processing, pricing requests, and data management, while collaborating with a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support order processing activities and follow-up with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Customer Service Assistants (CSA).


• Assist in consignments management and tracking.


• Create and maintain Open Order Reports (OOR)


• Support pricing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls (SOX).


• Assist with invoice submission in customer portals.


• Help identify discrepancies in orders, pricing, or customer requests.


• Document processes and support updates to SOPs and job aids.


• Maintain and update files and databases (Excel, SharePoint).

• Basic knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is a plus
