Qnity in Reynosa, MX is seeking an Inside Sales Order Entry Specialist to support customers and accelerate order processing. You will review orders, enter data into the QAD system, verify payments, and upload documents.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced electronics environment. Ideal candidates have a business-related degree or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and at least two years in a similar role with English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer purchase orders per work instructions.
• Enter order data into the QAD database.
• Verify customer payments when applicable.
• Upload orders and documentation into OneNote.
• Initiate New Item Process in engineering database.
• Maintain QAD data integrity (cross-references, comments).
• Process order changes when applicable.
• Manage customer complaints when applicable.
• Adhere to quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders according to Inside Sales work instructions.
• Enter order information into the QAD database.
• Verify customer credit card payments when applicable.
• Upload customer purchase orders and related documentation into OneNote.
• Initiate the New Item Process through the engineering database.
• Maintain QAD data integrity (cross-references, master comments, etc.).
• Process order changes when applicable.
• Manage customer complaints when applicable.
• Adhere to quality, safety, health, and environmental systems, as well as established quality and safety standards.

Requirements / Work Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English
