DiDi Global in Mexico City seeks a City Manager to take full ownership of commercial performance in the city. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers (Hunters and Farmers) and serve as the critical link between local execution and our broader regional strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the commercial area, with solid experience in key account management and/or consultative selling.
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams (manager of managers).
• Strategic and Data-Driven thinking.
• Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Leading a successful team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Enabling operational teams to achieve high standards in execution and to develop and maintain strong business relationships with top customers.
• Co-developing commercial propositions for different types of customers, based on deep business insights.
• Understanding consumer behavior to gain insights and translating them into actionable plans.
• Ensuring the successful execution of commercial plans.
