Job summary

Genetec Inc. is seeking a Channel Sales Specialist to support the channel sales team. You will maintain CRM data accuracy, assist with forecasting, and provide backup support to Channel Sales Specialists and the Commercial team.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, B2B sales experience in technology, and fluency in English and Spanish. Tech-savvy, organized professionals who can translate directives into actions will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• Experience in B2B technology sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, English and Spanish skills preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records and opportunity comments in the CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
• Assist with forecasting and pipeline management to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Issue quotes and track sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Provide backup support for Channel Sales Specialists and Commercial team.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy with regular updates and audits.
• Collaborate with Directors, RSMs and Commercial team on requests.
