Genetec is seeking a Channel Sales Specialist to support our channel sales team. You will maintain CRM data accuracy, assist with forecasting, and back up Channel Sales Specialists and the Commercial team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in sales operations and partner management, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and a tech-focused background. You will work across CRM, forecasts, quotes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in a technology company is a plus
• Proven ability to maintain CRM accuracy and produce reports
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation
• Ability to translate broad directives into actionable tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM records and opportunity comments (Dynamics)
• Assist with forecasting and pipeline management; ensure data accuracy
• Issue quotes and track sales activities in the territory
• Provide backup support to Channel Sales Specialists and Commercial team
• Generate CRM-based reports for forecasting reviews and performance tracking
