ABB in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Channel Sales leader to develop and execute the Mexico channel sales strategy for Electrification, coordinating with distributors, partners, Building segments, Sales teams and product management.

You will lead negotiations, coach channel teams, forecast performance, and align with Building and Segment teams to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a highly competitive industrial market.

Formación

• 10+ years in channel management, sales leadership, or distributor network management.
• Proven experience as Channel Manager or Commercial Leader with electrical products and industrial solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, and distributor management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the Mexico channel sales strategy for Electrification.
• Lead negotiations with channel partners and support commercial agreements.
• Coach and develop channel sales teams for high performance.
• Coordinate with Building and Segment teams to align commercial strategies.
