Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain, logistics, or channel operations.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and formulas for data analysis.
• Experience analyzing end-to-end business processes to identify gaps.
• Documented ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor operational support and resolve bottlenecks.
• Use data to identify trends, variances, and root causes for internal partners.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commerce Operations for requirements and handoffs.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve decision support.
• Document new methods to build scalable, efficient internal operations.
