Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supply Project Manager in Mexico to orchestrate delivery plans, optimize inventory, and drive operational excellence.

You will liaison between Technical, Fulfillment, and Product teams across the product lifecycle, from NPI to sustaining and end-of-life, ensuring supply-demand balance and protecting revenue. The role requires 8–10 years in supply chain/ manufacturing, strong analytics, and expert MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong background in Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain analytics.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and global manufacturing models.
• Expert-level skills in MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• Native or professional-level English proficiency with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Delivery Plans: Establish and execute delivery schedules by analyzing material supply, factory capacity, and priorities.
• Optimize Inventory: Proactively manage shortages and excess to keep a lean, agile supply chain.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Own and improve KPIs like SCR accuracy and Supply Coverage.
• Lifecycle Management: Lead PCBA deliveries and top-level assemblies through product life cycle.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure project continuity.
• Financial Stewardship: Support Inventory, Scrap, and E&O processes to protect gross margins.
