Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical education, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Experience using common office technology.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative activities that enable smooth manufacturing operations and workforce coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding-related plant tours and support activities for individuals joining the organization.
• Create, track, and follow up on purchase requisitions and related documentation.
• Assist with production plan distribution and operational communication activities.
• Maintain records related to locker assignments, uniforms, and other employee support resources.
• Update, maintain, and monitor skills matrices and other manufacturing performance records.
• Prepare and update operational metrics, scorecards, and key performance indicator reports.
• Provide support for system access coordination and routine office administration activities.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, and support teams to achieve operational goals.
