Job summary

O'Reilly Autopartes México is seeking an OCM Communications & Training Specialist to support organizational change initiatives through the development, coordination, and execution of change communications and learning materials. You will translate complex changes into clear communications, partner with stakeholders, and create job aids, guides, and training content to enable business transformation.

The role requires 4+ years in communications or training, strong writing and presentation skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in communications, training, technical writing, instructional design, learning and development, or related disciplines.
• Experience creating employee communications, training materials, presentations, job aids, and knowledge articles.
• Ability to translate complex changes into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a business environment.
• Strong written communication, editing, and content development skills.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation development abilities.
• Knowledge of learning principles and change management concepts.
• Familiarity with PMO or project-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain change management communications supporting project objectives and adoption efforts.
• Create employee-facing materials including emails, announcements, presentations, FAQs, intranet content, and reinforcement communications.
• Support execution of communication plans and learning materials produced by OCM Leads and Project Teams.
• Translate technical and organizational changes into clear communications and training deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for communications and training.
• Design and maintain presentation materials for project updates and training sessions.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, knowledge articles, and other learning resources.
• Incorporate policies and compliance requirements into training materials.
• Identify training needs and support role-based learning and enablement solutions.
