Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Mexico seeks a Principal Consultant with deep experience in organizational change management, communications, learning, and organizational design to lead technology-driven workforce transformations for multiple clients.

You will shape OCM strategies, engage stakeholders, manage programs and teams, and collaborate with sales efforts to win business, while delivering tangible value and building Infosys thought leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; will consider 3 years of related experience in lieu of education.
Eligible to work in Mexico without employer-based visa sponsorship; relocation within Monterrey area may be needed.
7+ years in Organization Change Management, Communications, Learning, or Organizational Design.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive organizational change management programs across large transformations.
Manage client expectations, deliver value propositions, and oversee budgets and timelines.
Direct resources and teams, promote collaboration, and monitor performance against objectives.
Act as liaison among client, project team, and partners; ensure quality and risk management.
Identify complex issues, broaden client relationships, and contribute to sales pursuits.
Develop thought leadership materials and contribute to Infosys IP in OCM/Learning/Org Design.
