Job summary

O'Reilly Autopartes México is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive change strategies for technology and business transformation initiatives. You will plan, execute, and measure change activities and ensure user adoption and sustained outcomes.

You will partner with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to assess impacts, develop engagement plans, manage risks, and align communications, trainings, and governance with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience supporting medium-to-large-scale projects in a structured PM environment.
• Experience leading Change Management workstreams end-to-end.
• Minimum six years of experience in business transformation or enterprise change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ADKAR or similar change management methodologies.
• Knowledge of PM concepts, lifecycle, governance, and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Change Management strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Serve as the OCM Lead for assigned projects and programs.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate OCM into plans.
• Develop and manage OCM plans, schedules, risks, and milestones.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments with mitigation strategies.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies.
• Coordinate training needs and enablement plans for impacted teams.
• Establish adoption metrics and report on progress and outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior resources.
